Hosting

We offer three types of website services:

• Website hosting, maintenance and updates
• Website hosting only
• Website maintenance and updates, without hosting

We also offer an annual domain name renewal service.

Our services are billed from January 1 to December 31 of each year. If you transfer your services to another provider during the year, we do not offer refunds.

Our services are automatically renewable each year for a period of one year, unless you notify us by e-mail before December 15.

You will receive an e-mail prior to your annual renewal date when there is a rate change.

• Dedicated server shared exclusively with P3F clients – 5GB SSD RAID-1 disk space / Unlimited bandwidth / 99% SLA
• Backups to an external cloud server – 1 per month (retention: last 2 months) + 4 times per week (1-week retention)
• Email service for form notifications
• Anti-spam protection service for forms
• Accessible from all countries except Asia and Russia to limit the risk of hacking

• Website maintenance and security updates for WordPress
• Licenses are included for the following plugins: WPML, Gravity Forms, and ACF. Any other paid plugins will be billed to the client
• Updates will first be performed on a staging environment and then deployed to the production server
• WordPress security updates are performed within a reasonable timeframe after their release
• Plugin updates (other than security updates) may be performed at a later time during the year
• If an update causes issues, bugs, or malfunction of the site or part of the site, it will not be deployed to the production server, and a quote will be sent to the client to resolve the issue(s)
• Server technical support, website support, server updates, or PHP and theme updates are not included in the maintenance plan
